Leave of Absence
 
  • 1) Only 10 days leave will be granted to a child for the entire year. Strict action will be taken on a child who takes extra leave without permission.
  • 2) No leave or absence is granted except on a previous written application from the parents / guardians and that too for serious reasons only.
  • 3) If a student has been suffering from an infectious disease, he/she must bring a doctor’s certificate declaring him/her fit to resume.
  • 4) If a pupil is absent due to illness for more than three days, medical certificate must be produced stating the period for which the child has remained absent. If he/she is absent for three months or more without permission then his/her name is liable to be struck off the roll.
  • 5) Children will not be allowed to leave school early unless they have a written request from the parents addressed to principal.
