Notice for Std. I-X
Dear Parents,
We are pleased to inform you that the breakfast provider has decided to include the service tax in the breakfast fees itself & so the yearly fees towards the breakfast has reduced by Rs.1300/- The new revised fees for the breakfast is Rs.3650/- yearly.
NOTE :
1. Those parents who have paid the full year fees in advance may take their money back from the school office on 26.04.13 & 27.04.13.Kindly bring your challan along with you.
2. For the parents paying Half Yearly:- The amount of Rs. 1300/- will be reduced from their last cheque. They can change the cheque on 26.04.13 & 27.04.13 between 9.30 am and 12.30 pm
3. For the parents paying quarterly :- The amount of Rs. 1300/- will be reduced from their last quarter fees. They can change the cheque in the month of March 14 between 9.30 am and 12.30 pm

Dear Parent,
- The set of books for LKG ( Rs. 1400) and for UKG (RS.1065) will be given on the ice breaking programme day AT 12.30 pm. . Kindly bring the required cash.
- The school will re-open on Thurs, 6.6.13(academic year 13-14). Timings for 6.6.13 and 7.6.13 will be from 9.30am to 11.00am. No bus facility for these two days. Parents need to pick and drop their child. Breakfast will be provided to children who have opted for it.
- Regular school from 10.6.13.Timimgs- 9.30am to 1.00pm. Breakfast and bus facility will be provided.
- School uniform will be available at the given address after 20.5.13.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING FEES FOR THE YEAR 2013-14
Dear Parents,
Kindly read all the points in the notice thoroughly. It has been observed that parents do not read the notice properly and call in the school office for unread issues.
A] The parents can pay the total fees either yearly , half yearly or quarterly . In case of one time payment of total annual fees , the fees can be paid by challan in Axis Bank, Nigdi by cheque or cash [ kindly find the fee payment challan attached herewith ] .The yearly fees need to be paid before 10th April 2013 as the next academic year is starting from 1st April .
B] In case the fees are to be deducted half yearly,the respective amount’s post dated cheques will be submitted in the school office and the amount will be cut twice from your account. i.e on 10th May [ for months June to November] and on 10th December [ for months December to May ] Parent need to ensure that requisite amount is available in their account on respective dates .
C] In case the fees are to be deducted quarterly, the respective amount’s post dated cheques will be submitted in the school office and the amount will be cut four time i.e on 10th May [ for months June to August ], on 10th September [ for months September to November ] , on 10th December [ for months December to February ] and on 10th March [ for months March to May] . Parent need to ensure that requisite amount is available in their account on respective dates .
Please ensure that all the fees cheques (yearly/half yearly/quarterly) will be CTS cheques as per government rule.

This year City Pride School is hosting a major event “ Aamdar Chashak ( Interschool sports events) on 2nd ,3rd ,& 4th Feb 2013. Std 1st - 3rd need not come.
Std V to Std IX students need to be present in school on 2nd Feb 2013 Time 7.40a.m to 1.00 p.m. There will be one round of buses (Morning Sports route).The buses will leave school campus at 6.30 a.m. and pick up students from their regular stops. The second round children should also get into the first round buses. In case you miss the bus kindly drop your child at 7.40 a.m.The school will get over at 1.00 p.m. Buses will drop the students at their stops (2hrs 40min earlier than regular time) Local students should be dropped at 7.40 am & picked up at 1.00 p.m. Breakfast will be served kindly send a lunch box.

Bus facility will be available only in the morning. There will be only one combined round of buses. The buses will start from City Pride School at 7.15 am and reach their respective stops half an hour earlier than regular time. Those who miss the bus should reach school at 8.15am.sharp. An appeal regarding Pune Bus Day
To extend our whole-hearted support for the Pune Bus Day organized by Sakaal Times Group which is scheduled on 1st November, 2012, the management has decided that all the parents and staff must refrain from using their own two-wheeler/four-wheeler vehicle to commute to school. They should travel by public transport or share an auto rickshaw to commute to school. They can come walking or use a bicycle if they live close to the school. No two-wheelers /four-wheelers will be allowed around the school premise. Our volunteers will be monitoring this activity. We accept 100% cooperation from the staff and parents of City Pride family.

Sunday, 16th sep 2012
Paper 5 - Freehand drawing 10.00 am -12.30 pm
Paper 6 - Geometry and lettering 1.30pm - 4.30 pm
Note :
1. Students should reach the school as usual in their uniform by 8.30 am on Friday, 14th sep 2012. School bus will take the students for the exam in the morning.
2. Breakfast will be served only on 14th sep 2012.
3. Parents should collect their wards from the venue at evening on Friday at 5.00 pm.
4. Saturday and Sunday ( 15th & 16 th sep 2012) Parents should accompany their wards (morning and evening) to the venue as per the timetable
i.e reaching time at the venue in the morning before 9.40 am on Saturday & Sunday& collecting their child on Saturday at 3.20 pm and Sunday 4.20 pm
5. There will be no facility of the bus on Saturday and Sunday
Dear Parents
1. Please take care that all materials should be sent with them in a nice bag for their exam.
2. See to that your child is practicing atleast one drawing everyday with colouring along with the time limit.
3. We are reminding you because some of them are not bringing the materials to school in their DMAT art period.
4. Some of the students are not taking any interest please make them understand the importance of this exams.

This is to inform you that Brain Café (Gakken) will be conducting Budding Scientist Contest (BSC) on 4th September 2012 at school level.BSC is a unique platform where our student can show their hidden Science Talent.
The Contest will be held across in 4 levels; School Level, Zonal/Regional Level, State Level & National Level’s Categories would be as follows,

We welcome you for the Independence Day Celebration on 15/08/2012 between 8.30 a.m. – 9.45 a.m. Students should come in their P.T uniform and carry a water bottle with them. Breakfast will be served. Bus facility will be available only in the morning. There will be only one combined round of buses. The buses will start from City Pride School at 7.00 am and reach their respective stops accordingly. Students should be at their bus stops taking into consideration the above time. Those who will miss the bus should reach school at 8.00am.sharp. There will be no bus facility while going home. Parents should pick up their child from school at 10.00 am.

Dear Parents,
On account of Gopalkala celebrations on Thurs, 9/8/12…boys can come dressed as ‘Krishna’ and girls can come dressed as ‘Radha’ to school. However it is not compulsory. Parents need not hire the dress.

Dear Parents
It has been observed that students very often use the school phone to call up their parents for trivial reasons. In order to make them more responsible about their belongings etc school has decided that the students will not be allowed to use the school phone.
If it is urgent and the student needs to make a call , the child will have to pay Rs. 2/- per call.
In case of emergency ( ie. the child is not well...etc ) the school will give a call to the parents.

Dear Parent,
* For the next academic year, school reopens on Thursday, 14/6/12. School timings for 14/6/12 and 15/6/12 will be 9.30 to 11.30am. Bus facility is not available on these two days. Breakfast will be provided.
* School uniform is compulsory from the first day.
* Send a school bag (it should be big enough to accommodate all the books) with a handkerchief, slate, slate pencils, extra civil dress (in case if the child spoils his uniform) and water bottle. Everything should be labeled. Send all the stationary and books labeled and covered with plastic sheet, on the first day itself.
* Regular school from Monday, 18/6/12. Timing will be 9.30am to 1.00pm. Bus facility will be available from Monday, 18/6/12.
