Admissions for the academic year 2027-28

Kindly note that, the admissions to below mentioned classes for the academic year 2027-2028 will be done through ONLINE APPLICATION SYSTEM followed by submission of an application form along with all required documents and interaction session in the school branch in person, which is selected by the parents while filling the form.

    1. The Application Form only for above mentioned classes for City Pride Group of Schools can be filled out and downloaded from the school website www.cityprideschool.com www.cityprideschool.com
    2. City Pride School being a Konkani Linguistic Minority School, preference will be given to Konkani Linguistic students at entry level admission.
    3. City Pride School does not charge any donation for admissions. Stay alert and avoid dealing with fraudsters and agents.
    AGE CRITERIA :-
    A) Nursery Admission: Child should be born between 1st July 2023 and 30th April 2024
    B) LKG Admission : Child should be born between 1st July 2022 and 31st December 2023
    C) UKG Admission : Child should be born between 1st July 2021 and 31st December 2022
    D) Std 1st : Child should be born between 1st July 2020 and 31st December 2021
    (The prescribed age criteria as mentioned above and passing the previous class shall be mandatory for higher class admissions)

  • HOW TO FILL ONLINE APPLICATION FORM :-

    1. Click on Application Form tab. Enter your mobile number
    2. A blank Application Form will open.
      1. Kindly select branch option carefully. Branch selected as Preference 1 by the parent will be considered as parent’s priority branch for the admission.
      2. Parents who are interested can apply for more than one branch. They need to select option/s accordingly. Only in case of vacancies preference 2/3/4 will be considered.
      3. For further communication, kindly contact the branch you have selected as preference 1.
    3. Fill in the required information online and save the form.
    4. Take a printout of the duly filled Application Form and Response Sheet.[ Take the printout in portrait form on A4 size paper]
    5. Answer the questions of Response sheet on plain paper/s (hand written / typed) and staple your answer sheet to the Application form.
    6. Incase parents do not take the printout immediately, then they can access the duly filled form using their Primary Mobile Number used previously to fill the form.
    7. After filling up the application form, online process will direct parents to pay the processing fee online of Rs 600/- for a single form. Parents need to pay processing fees only once, though they apply for multiple branches in a single application form.
    8. Parents are requested not to fill branch wise separate forms for same child. Kindly submit only one form per child.

  • INTERACTION WITH THE PARENTS : - [ NO INTERVIEW ]

    1. After filling the Online Application Form ,the parent will submit the application form along with all required documents in the school office of preference 1 branch. They will receive the prospectus and their slot i.e. date, time and venue for interaction. The interaction is scheduled for getting queries cleared if any.
    2. Please note that, parents have to submit the form in the branch which is selected as preference 1 branch.
    3. We request parents to attend the interaction for resolving their queries on the given date, time and venue only in order to reduce crowd and maintain discipline. We suggest the child accompanying the parent during interaction. Please note that there is NO INTERVIEW of parent or child.
    4. Interested parents can visit the school premises to see the classrooms, labs and other infrastructure etc. as per the below given schedule
    5. The final selection list will be displayed on the school website www.cityprideschool.com and on the school notice board on Thursday, 24th Dec 2026 by 4 pm. The list will be displayed branch wise.
    6. If the child’s name appears in the final list, parents need to contact the school office of the same branch for the confirmation of admission on the below given dates.

From Wednesday, 25th Nov 2026 - 9.00 am To Friday, 4th Dec 2026 – 3 pm.The online form will be deactivated at 3 pm on 4th Dec 2026.
Step 2 Printout of the said Application Form Take the printout of the above filled form in Portrait form on A4 size paper.
Step 3 Require documents to be stapled along with the Application Form 1) Birth Certificate of the child - Xerox
2) Aadhar Card of the child (Mandatory) - Xerox
3) Residential proof of the parent - Xerox
4) Caste Certificate in case of Reserve Category (If applicable) - Xerox
5) Original Affidavit copy by the parents in case of Konkani Minority candidate (Kindly note that, Konkani, Malvani, Kudali and Chitpawani speaking can be considered as Konkani Speaking Community) ( If applicable)
6) Answer Sheet ( typed / handwritten) of the Response Sheet ( Response sheet will get printed with an Application from printout)
Step 4 Hardcopy of Online Application Form submission along with all required documents Online Application form submission can be done in the branch selected as preference 1 only from :- Wednesday 25th Nov 2026 to Saturday, 5th Dec 2026. (On working days strictly between 9 am and 1 pm)
Step 5 Interaction Session Schedule (NO INTERVIEW) The parent will receive the date, time and venue for the interaction at the time of submission of the form.
Interaction sessions will be conducted to address parents’ queries in person. It will be appreciated both the parents and child are present for an Interaction on the given date and time.
Step 6 School Tour to see the classrooms, labs and other infrastructure etc. Parents can visit school for the “School Tour” on :-
Nigdi Branch: 5th and 12th Dec 26 (9 am - 12.30 pm)
Moshi Branch : 5th and 12 th Dec 26 (12 noon – 3 pm)
Ravet Branch :- 5th Dec 26 ( 11.30 am – 2.30pm) and 19TH Dec 26 (9 am - 12.30 pm)
Pradhikaran Branch :- 5th and 12th Dec 26 (9 am - 12.30 pm)
Step 7 Final Selection list declaration on school website and on school notice board Thursday, 24th Dec 2026 by 4.00 pm on school website and on school notice board
Step 8 Fees Payment for confirmation of admission From Saturday 26th Dec 2026 to Wednesday 6th Jan 2027 (From 9.00 am to 1.00 pm except holiday and Sunday)

Step 9 Admission Form collection After the fee payment process, parents need to collect the Admission form from the school office between Saturday 26th Dec 2026 to Wednesday 6th Jan 2027 from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm ( except holiday and Sunday)
Step 10 Hardcopy of Admission form submission in the school office with required documents Kindly note ,parents will have to submit an Admission form only from Saturday 26th Dec 2026 to Thursday 7th Jan 2027 from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm ( except holiday and Sunday) which will complete the admission process.

Updated vacancy status of Nigdi branch, Moshi branch, Ravet branch and Pradhikaran branch for Higher Classes will be available on the school website www.cityprideschool.com after 16th Jan 2027 for the academic year 2027-2028.

  1. Admission process will start only in case of vacancies.
  2. Baseline test will be conducted as per the vacancies created.
  3. Admissions will be given on merit basis only. Dates for the same will be declared later.
  4. Keep checking school website to know the updated status of vacancies.
