General Information

Kindly note that, the admissions to LKG for the academic year 2025-2026 will be done through ONLINE APPLICATION SYSTEM only followed by submission of the application form along with all required documents.
Admissions available at Nigdi Branch for the academic year 2025-2026 are for LKG only.
* The Application Form can be downloaded from the school website, i.e. www.cityprideschool.com from 29th November 2024, 9.00 a.m. upto 8th Decemder 2024, 3.00 p.m.
* City Pride School being a Konkani Linguistic Minority School, preference will be given to Konkani Linguistic students at entry level admission (LKG).


*Age Criteria :-
LKG Admission : Child should be born between 1st July 2020 and 31st December 2021.

* How to fill "Online Application Form" :-
  1. Click on Application Form tab. Enter your mobile number.
  2. A blank Application Form will open.
    • Kindly select Nigdi Branch as an first option carefully. Moshi , Ravet and Pradhikaran branch could be 2/3/4 options as per parent's wish.
    • Parents who are interested can apply for more than one branch. They need to select option/s accordingly. Only in case of vacancies available preference 2/3/4 will be considered.
    • For further communication, kindly contact the branch you have selected as preference one.
  3. Fill in the required information online and save the form.
  4. Take a printout of the duly filled Application Form and Response Sheet.
  5. Answer the questions of Response sheet using plain paper/s ( answers can be hand written / typed). Staple the answer sheet to the Application form.
  6. In case parents do not take the printout immediately, then they can access the duly filled form using their Primary Mobile Number used previously to fill the form.
  7. After filling up the application form, online process will direct parents to pay the processing fee online of Rs 600/- for a single form. Parents need to pay processing fees only once, though they apply for multiple branches in a single application form.

* Interaction with the Parents : - [ No interview ]
  1. After filling the Online Application Form ,the parent will submit the application form along with all required documents in the Nigdi school office. They will receive the prospectus and their slot i.e. date, time and venue for interaction. The interaction is scheduled for getting queries cleared if any.
  2. We request parents to attend the interaction for resolving their queries on the given date, time and venue only in order to reduce crowd and maintain discipline. We prefer the child accompanying the parent during interaction. Please note that there is NO INTERVIEW of parent or child.
  3. The final selection list will be displayed on the school website www.cityprideschool.com and on the school notice board on 20th Dec 2024 at 4 pm. The list will be displayed branch wise.
  4. If the child’s name appears in the final list, parents need to contact the school office of the same branch for the confirmation of admission by paying fees on the below given dates.
    • From 21st Dec 2024 to 4th Jan 2025
    • The parents can visit the school premises on the below given dates.
    • 7th Dec 2024 – from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
    • 14th Dec 2024 – from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm

Admission Process


Kindly note the important dates and details to fill the form
Step 1 :Date and timings for Online Application Form
Online Application forms to be filled From Friday, 29th Nov 2024 - 9.00 am. The form will be available online only upto Sunday, 8th Dec 2024. The online form will be deactivated at 3 pm on 8th Dec 2024

Step 2 - Printout of the said Application Form
Take the printout of the above filled form

Step 3 - Require documents to be stapled along with the Application Form

  1. Birth Certificate of the child- Xerox
  2. Aadhar Card of the child ( Mandatory)-Xerox
  3. Residential proof of the parent- Xerox
  4. Caste Certificate in case of Reserve Category ( If applicable)- Xerox
  5. Affidavit by the parents in case of Konkani Minority candidate (Kindly note that, Konkani, Malvani, Kudali and Chitpawani speaking can be considered as Konkani Speaking Community) ( If applicable)
  6. Answer Sheet ( typed / handwritten) of the Response Sheet ( Response sheet will get printed with an Application from printout)
  7. Step 4 - Application Form submission along with all required documents.
    Online Application form submission can be done in Nigdi branch office only from Friday 29th Nov 2024 to Monday 9th Dec 2024. ( On working days between 9 am and 1 pm)
    Step 5 - Interaction Session Schedule ( NO INTERVIEW)
    The parent will receive the date, time and venue for the interaction at the time of submission of the form. Interaction sessions will be conducted to address parents’ queries in person. It will be appreciated both the parents and child are present for an Interaction on the given date and time.

    Step 6 - School Tour to see the classrooms, labs and other infrastructure.
    Parents can visit school for the “School Tour” on 7th Dec 2024 and 14th Dec 2024 between 9 am -1 pm.

    Step 7 - Final Selection list declaration on school website and on school notice board. Friday, 20th Dec 2024 by 4.00 pm

    Step 8 - Fees Payment for confirmation of admission from Saturday 21st Dec 2024 to Saturday 4th Jan 2025 from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm ( except holiday and Sunday)
    ** City Pride School does not charge any donation for admissions. Stay alert and avoid dealing with fraudsters and agents. Step 9 - Admission Form collection
    Parents need to collect the Admission form from the school office between Saturday 21st Dec 2024 to Saturday 4th Jan 2025 from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm ( except holiday and Sunday)
    Step 10 - Admission form submission with required documents Kindly note ,parents will have to submit an Admission form only from Thursday 2nd Jan 2025 to Tuesday 7th Jan 2025, which will complete the admission process.



    Higher Classes Admissions 2025-2026
    (UKG onwards admission at Nigdi branch)

    Updated vacancy status of Nigdi branch will be available on the school website (www.cityprideschool.com) after 16th Jan 2025 for the academic year 2025-2026.
    Admission process will start only in case of vacancies.
    Baseline test will be conducted as per the vacancies created.
    Admissions will be given on merit basis only. Dates for the same will be declared later.
