General Information

1. Kindly note that, only for Pradhikaran branch , admission forms will be available through both ONLINE and OFFLINE SYSTEM . The ONLINE Application Form can be downloaded from the school website, i.e. www.cityprideschool.com, from 29th Nov 2024 to 8th Dec 2024 . In case parent miss out filling the online form within given time till 8th December then only for pradhikaran branch, the OFFLINE application form can also be collected from Ravet branch office of City Pride School, from 9th Dec 2024 onwards . The distribution of such forms will be discontinued as soon as the seats are filled in respective standards . Hence it is requested that the forms be collected at the earliest.
2. The duly filled form for admission to Pradhikaran branch ( either online or offline ) needs to be submitted at Ravet branch physically ( please refer the process of filling the Online form described below )
3. As the admissions will available from LKG to Grade 3 in Pradhikaran branch , at the time of submission of filled form , you will receive the schedule for interaction / test depending on which class you seek admission , accordingly you will have to be present in Ravet brach along with your child at Ravet branch .
4. The admission for various classes is given on the basis of following
   A) LKG - lucky draw (list of selected students will be displayed on website as well as on the school notice board on 20th December 2024 at 4.00 p.m.)
   B) UKG - oral interaction with child (The result of the admission will be informed to you personally and list of selected students will be displayed on website as well as on the school notice board on 20th December at 4.00 pm.)
   C) Std 1 to std 3 - written test . (The result of the admission will be informed to you personally.)
5. If your child is selected, you need to visit the Ravet school office for further information .

CRITERIA OF SELECTION FOR ADMISDION
* City Pride School being a Konkani Linguistic Minority School, preference will be given to Konkani Linguistic students at entry level admission LKG.

* Age Criteria :-

• LKG Admission : Child should be born between 1st July 2020 and 31st December 2021.
• UKG Admission : Child should be born between 1st July 2019 and 31st December 2020 .
• Std 1 Admission : Child should be born between 1st July 2018 and 31st December 2019 .
• For Std 1 the child is required to complete UKG, and the child should be of appropriate age.
• For Std 2 the child is required to complete Std 1, and the child should be of appropriate age.
• For Std 3 the child is required to complete Std 2, and the child should be of appropriate age.

* Process to fill "Online Application Form" :-

1. Click on Application Form tab. Enter your mobile number.
2. A blank Application Form will open.
   Kindly select PRADHIKARAN Branch as an first option carefully. Nigdi, Moshi and Ravet branch could be 2/3/4 options as per parent's wish.
3. Fill in the required information online and save the form.
4. Take a printout of the duly filled Application Form and Response Sheet.
5. Answer the questions of Response sheet using plain paper/s ( answers can be hand written / typed). Staple the answer sheet to the Application form.
6. In case parents do not take the printout immediately, then they can access the duly filled form using their Primary Mobile Number used previously to fill the form.
7. After filling up the application form, online process will direct parents to pay the processing fee online of Rs 600/- for a single form.
8. The parent will submit the application form along with all required documents in the school office of Ravet branch . They will receive the prospectus and their slot i.e. date, time and venue for interaction or baseline test depending on the standard for which admission is sought . We request parents to attend the interaction for resolving their queries on the given date and time. the child need to accompany the parent during interaction / base line test on given date and time
9. The final selection list for selected students will be displayed on the school website www.cityprideschool.com and on the school notice board on 20th Dec 2024 at 4 pm. The list will be displayed branch wise.
   In case of Pradhikaran branch the admission process will continue in offline system until the seats are filled up.
10. If the child's name appears in the list for selected students for pradhikaran branch then you need to visit the Ravet school branch for further process.

** City Pride School does not charge any donation for admissions. Stay alert and avoid such fraudsters
