- HOW TO FILL ONLINE APPLICATION FORM :
- Click on Application Form tab. Enter your mobile number ( Primary Mobile Number on which you will receive SMS and phone call from the school within 4 days time)
- A blank Application Form will open.
    2.1 Kindly select branch option carefully as branch priority will be given to preference 1.
Only in case of vacancies preference 2 and preference 3 will be   considered.
    2.2 For further communication, kindly contact the branch selected as preference 1.

    2.3 Parents who are interested can apply for more than one branch and select option/s accordingly.
- Fill in the required information online and save the form.
- Take a printout of the duly filled Application Form and Response Sheet.
- Answer the questions of Response sheet on plain paper/s ( hand written / typed) and staple answer sheet to the Application form.
- Incase parents do not take the printout immediately, then they can access the duly filled form using their Primary Mobile Number used previously.
- After filling up the application form parents will be directed to pay processing fee of Rs 600/- online. Parents need to pay processing fees only once, though they apply for multiple branches in a single application form.
- INTERACTION WITH THE PARENTS [NO INTERVIEW]
- After filling the Online Application Form ,the parent will be intimated within four days time, about their Interaction Schedule (date and time) and also about the submission of hard copies of the required documents along with application form, through SMS and a phone call, on the Primary Mobile Number only. The same schedule will be available on the school website as well for parent s reference.
- Interaction and submission of application form will be done at the branch selected as preference 1.
- Kindly note that the prospectus is given only for you to know more about the school and the interaction schedule is planned to get all your doubts cleared in person.
- We request parents to attend the interaction for resolving their queries on the given day, date and time only in order to reduce crowd and maintain discipline . The child is allowed to accompany the parent to visit the school. Please note that there is NO INTERVIEW of parent or child.
- REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (to be stapled with Application Form) :
Staple the following photocopies / xeroxes with the Application Form
- Birth Certificate of the child
- Aadhar Card of the child (Mandatory)
- Residential proof of the parent
- Caste Certificate in case of Reserve Category
- Answer Sheet of the Response Sheet
- Affidavit by the parents in case of Konkani Minority candidate (Kindly note that, Konkani, Malvani, Kudali and Chitpawani speaking can be considered as Konkani Speaking Community)
- SCHOOL BUS (Optional) :
The school has a fleet of school buses managed by the school for the safe transportation of the children. Kindly note that, only if there is abrupt increase in the fuel rates, the bus charges may increase during the year. The school bus facility will be provided strictly based on the availability on first come first serve basis. The details regarding the routes, bus stops & charges would be declared later after securing the admission. The present route information is available at the school office. However this facility is optional.
- BREAKFAST (Optional) :
Breakfast will be served to children during the short break. Detailed information regarding the same will be provided later. However this facility is optional.
VISIT TO SCHOOL PREMISES : To see the classes, labs and other infrastructure
Nigdi Branch, Moshi Branch and Ravet Branch : - Parents who are trying for LKG Admission in City Pride School for the academic year 2024-2025 can visit the school premises on Saturday, 9th Dec 2023 from 1.30 am to 4.00 pm.
Updated vacancy status will be available on the school website ( www.cityprideschool.com) after 16th Jan 2024 for the academic year 2024-2025.
Admission process will start only in case of vacancies. Baseline test will be conducted as per the vacancies created. Admissions will be given on merit basis only.
